HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR MUG
To keep your handmade ceramic mug looking its best, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and warm water. This helps preserve the glaze and texture over time.

If your mug has gold accents, please do not put your mug in the dishwasher or microwave. The heat and detergents will tarnish the gold finish over time. Hand washing will keep the details intact and your mug as beautiful as the day you got it.

OUR PROCESSING TIME
Since everything is hand built and made individually we have a 3-8 week processing time. This allows for the entire process of building, drying, firing, & glazing of your mug. Sometimes, due to the natural materials and nature of ceramics, imperfections occur and so the 8 week period allows us to correct anything that we are not 100% happy with sending out to you.

Each of our mugs is handmade by us, two sisters, making every piece truly unique. The nature of ceramics ensures that no two are ever alike.

The firing process plays a key role in this individuality. Fired at high temperatures, the clay and glaze interact in unpredictable ways, creating subtle shifts in colour, texture, and finish. These organic variations—like speckled patterns or rich tones—enhance each mug's one-of-a-kind charm.

We embrace the natural unpredictability of the materials and techniques, ensuring every mug is as unique as the person who holds it.
